1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using the Tyson Transport & Rentals website (“Website”) and/or renting equipment from us, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and all applicable laws and regulations. If you do not agree with any of these terms, you are prohibited from using our Website or services.

2. Services Provided

Tyson Transport & Rentals provides trailer rental services for personal and commercial use. All rentals are subject to availability, approval, and compliance with our rental agreement and policies. Additional identification, deposits, and insurance verification may be required at the time of booking or pickup.

3. Eligibility

To rent a trailer, you must:

  • Be at least 21 years old
  • Hold a valid driver’s license
  • Have a vehicle capable of safely towing the rented trailer
  • Provide a valid payment method (credit/debit card or cash deposit)

We reserve the right to deny service to any customer who does not meet these requirements or has a history of late returns, damage, or misuse of equipment.

4. Rental Period & Returns

Rental periods begin at the time the trailer is picked up and end when the trailer is returned to Tyson Transport & Rentals.
Late returns may incur additional daily charges. Customers are responsible for ensuring the trailer is returned in the same condition as rented—clean, undamaged, and with all equipment and accessories included.

5. Payments, Deposits & Fees

A valid credit/debit card or cash deposit is required for all rentals.
You authorize Tyson Transport & Rentals to charge your payment method for:

  • Rental fees and applicable taxes
  • Late fees, cleaning fees (up to $150), or damage costs
  • Recovery or towing fees for unreturned equipment

Refunds of security deposits may take up to 21 business days to process after equipment is returned and inspected.

6. Customer Responsibilities

You agree to:

  • Operate and tow trailers safely and in compliance with all state and federal laws
  • Use the trailer only for lawful purposes
  • Not sublease, loan, or transfer possession of the trailer to another person
  • Inspect the trailer before use and immediately report any issues or damage

Tyson Transport & Rentals LLC is not responsible for any accidents, injuries, or damages arising from misuse or negligence.

7. GPS Tracking

Some of our trailers are equipped with GPS tracking devices. Tracking is used solely for security, recovery, and operational purposes — such as locating lost, stolen, or overdue equipment, and monitoring towing speed to ensure safe and proper use. By renting from us, you consent to the use of GPS tracking on our equipment while in your possession.

8. Limitation of Liability

Tyson Transport & Rentals is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including but not limited to towing damage, personal injury, or loss of property.
Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the rental in question.

9. Website Use

The Website and its content are provided “as is.” You may not copy, modify, or distribute any material from this site without written permission. We make no guarantees about the accuracy, completeness, or availability of information on the site.

10. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify or update these Terms of Service at any time without prior notice. The revised version will be posted on this page with a new “Last updated” date. Continued use of our Website or services after changes are made constitutes your acceptance of the updated terms.
