Welcome to Tyson Transport & Rentals LLC (“we,” “our,” or “us”). These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of our website and online booking system. By accessing our website or completing a booking, you (“you” or “renter”) agree to these Terms. Please read them carefully before using our services.

1. General Use of Website


By using this website, you agree:

  • To provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information when submitting inquiries or bookings.
  • That you are at least 25 years of age and possess a valid driver’s license if renting a trailer.
  • Not to use this site for any unlawful or fraudulent purpose.


We reserve the right to refuse service or cancel a booking at our discretion for violations of these Terms or our Rental Agreement.

2. Booking & Payment Policy


When making a booking through our website:

  • A Rental Deposit of 30% of the total rental charge is required to secure your reservation.
  • The remaining balance and Security Deposit are due at pickup.
  • Payments are processed through our secure payment processor.


All bookings are subject to our approval. Submission of a booking request does not guarantee availability until confirmed in writing by Tyson Transport & Rentals LLC.

3. Rental Agreement & Legal Acceptance


At checkout, you will be required to check a box indicating your consent to the Tyson Transport & Rentals LLC Rental Agreement, Terms & Conditions, and Privacy Policy.
By checking this box, you acknowledge that:

  • You have read, understood, and agree to be legally bound by the Rental Agreement in full.
  • Your electronic acceptance serves as your legally binding signature under applicable law (E-SIGN Act).


If you do not agree to the Rental Agreement or these Terms, you may not complete a booking or use our rental services.

4. Cancellations & No-Shows


All cancellations, late arrivals, and no-shows are governed by the Rental Agreement.
In general:

  • Cancellations made after a confirmed booking may result in forfeiture of the 30% Rental Deposit.
  • Failure to arrive within the specified grace period without written notice may be treated as a no-show, subject to the same forfeiture.

5. Security Deposit & Additional Charges


A Security Deposit is collected at pickup to cover potential damages, losses, tolls, or late fees.
If damages, violations, or other unpaid charges occur, Tyson Transport & Rentals LLC reserves the right to:

  • Deduct the costs from the Security Deposit, and/or
  • Charge the payment card on file for any balance due beyond the deposit.


You remain responsible for all fees and violations incurred during your rental period, regardless of when we receive notice.

6. Damage, Loss, & Liability


You agree to assume full responsibility for the trailer and all included equipment during your rental period.
You are financially liable for:

  • Damage, theft, vandalism, loss of use, or diminished value of the trailer;
  • Damage caused by improper towing, negligence, or unauthorized drivers;
  • All tolls, tickets, impound fees, or violations incurred during rental.


We reserve the right to recover all associated costs and administrative fees as outlined in the Rental Agreement.

7. Abandonment & Recovery


Failure to return the trailer within the designated period, or failure to maintain contact after the rental has ended, may result in the trailer being declared abandoned.
In such cases, Tyson Transport & Rentals LLC may:

  • Repossess the trailer at your expense,
  • Retain or apply your Security Deposit, and
  • Pursue additional recovery, towing, or legal fees.

8. Website Content & Intellectual Property


All text, images, logos, and media on this website are owned or licensed by Tyson Transport & Rentals LLC.
You may not copy, reproduce, or use any materials for commercial purposes without our written consent.

9. Limitation of Liability


To the maximum extent permitted by law:

  • Tyson Transport & Rentals LLC is not responsible for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of this website or our rental services.
  • We make no guarantees that our website will be error-free, secure, or uninterrupted.

10. Privacy & Data Security


We respect your privacy. Personal information collected through our website is used only for booking and communication purposes and handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

11. Governing Law


These Terms and all related transactions are governed by the laws of the State of Georgia, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
Any disputes shall be resolved in the appropriate courts of Clayton County, Georgia.

12. Updates to These Terms


We may modify these Terms at any time without prior notice. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting to this page. Your continued use of the website after updates constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
